[The sound of whistling sort of... slips into the air. It's a familiar enough tune. Maybe you tap your foot in time with it, or find yourself humming along. Either way, the instinct to seek out the whistler has you taking notice of a rather tall man dressed in what looks like the most shabbily put together pirate costume made out of an assortment of clothes from an otherwise bad thrift store--
