It's like being awake in a dream, but this is so vivid you're not quite sure if you're asleep. Everywhere you look, it's white. Clinical, pristine, checkerboard white. There are hints of a corner, of a window or a door, but you're not quite sure. Not from this distance at least. When you move closer all you see is more white. If there is a window, all you see behind the glass is another room, a room within a room. More halls. More white.
